Please take your time to read through the booking files, fill the questionnaires, sleep diary and daily chart. If you prefer to print the files in order to complete them, that is totally fine. Just take a photo and send them to me once filled.
Place the payment for your sleep plan or support plan.
Once you have sent the completed files through, I will send you a link to book your time for our 90 min call. At the moment this is online only, via zoom.
