You will be able to build your own sleep plan that looks beyond timings and routines with practical ideas to address behaviour, separation anxiety, night time tools and much more.

I’m Karina, founder of Calm Sleep, and I help sleep deprived parents achieve better sleep using a holistic and caring approach that takes a broad view of children’s needs. 

I have over a decade experience supporting new parents and parents-to-be, trained under Lyndsey Hookway to support families with sleep (Holistic sleep coaching program, Level 6) and also trained with the Brazelton Centre/ Harvard medical school in newborn behaviour observation.

I believe that providing knowledge on infant sleep for parents is an essential service. And I believe in providing parents with sustainable and flexible solutions that are respectful to children and to daily family life.

Frequently asked questions

How much is the Workshop?
It is £20 for nearly 2 hours packed with information and practical tools.
It also includes a Workbook to help boost your sleep journey.


Where is it hosted?
​It is hosted in person at Beaulieu community centre, Centenary Way, Chelmsford, CM1 6AU every first Tuesday of the month, from 11:15am to 1pm.

My baby is under 5 months old, am I ok to join this workshop?
Yes, most definitely. You might need to take the suggestions more gently, but you will be able to use the knowledge as your baby grows and develops and you are able to apply more of the tools and ideas.

 Can I bring my child with me?
Sure you can. You might want to bring some toys and a blanket to place on floor to help keep them busy though. And you are most welcome to feed, play, soothe or do anything you need with them while we talk about sleep.
