I understand all children are different and each family is unique in believes and dynamics. Therefore we will work together to find the best way for your calm sleep. 

I always use approaches that protect bonding and attachment, promoting positive family relationships. 
I don’t use any techniques that leave your child crying on their own or highly regimented routines. There are many other roads we can take that will help your child feel safe, calm and confident during the night. We will work together to find the best road for your family.

I always use techniques that protect breastfeeding, if this is how you are feeding your little one. 


I will look at your family's dynamics including your child's unique traits and circumstances and tailor the sleep plan to suit all of the family. This will increase the chances of succeeding.

After analysing information from your child and having a long chat with you, I will tailor your child’s sleep plan or support plan using a variety of techniques that are suitable to your child’s developmental stage whilst promoting healthy sleeping habits and warm, responsive parenting.
