From Pregnancy to 5 years old, there is a package to suit your family.
Now that you have read my approach and are ready to work for a calmer sleep, you just need to choose from one of the services. Get in touch with me if you need help knowing which plan is best for you.
All individual coaching include a written summary, sleep plan and support for up to 6 weeks.
With each package I offer, I always ask you to do two things that give me a great indication of how to help - they are:
Filling out the questionnaires I have prepared, and logging a sleep diary for 3 consecutive days and nights.
This allows me to gauge what’s happening and to know how to guide you to help your child have a calm sleep.
After this, we will spend around to 90 minutes discussing your views, talking about any worries you have and fine tuning the next steps.
Up to three working days later, I will email you the sleep plan or next step, depending on your plan. I will be available for support through email or WhatsApp for up to 8 weeks while you settle into your new routine or we work through your support plan.
