I’m Karina, founder of Calm Sleep, and I help sleep deprived parents achieve better sleep using a holistic and caring approach that takes a broad view of children’s needs.
I have over a decade experience supporting new parents and parents-to-be, trained under Lyndsey Hookway to support families with sleep (OCN level 6) and also trained with the Brazelton Centre/ Harvard medical school in newborn behaviour observation. I believe that providing knowledge on infant sleep for parents is an essential service. And I believe in providing parents with sustainable and flexible solutions that are respectful to children and to daily family life. |
