​​​Support plan
​This is a plan for parents who prefer to take one step at a time. After exploring important factors influencing sleep, we dive into night issues. We will explore one topic per meeting, followed by an action plan for you to put your knowledge to practice. 

The support plan includes:
​
  • Sleep diary and questionnaires send by email. This allows me to gauge what’s happening and to know how to help you.
  • Home or online chat of around 90 minutes. We will  work out priorities for change and agree on how often and how you prefer we get in touch (phone, video calls or email).
  • We will have 6 to 8 calls or video calls lasting around 30 minutes each, on topics including: Understanding what makes your child tick; self-care and how this is important for your child's sleep; improving sleep hygiene; naps; bedtime overhaul; night time sleep.
  • After each call I will email information on the topic, a link for the recorded session, relevant links and an action task for you to work on.
  • We will work together for 6 weeks and you will be able to reach out to me for questions and advice.

Sleep plan
This is the ideal plan for parents who need guidance and want to do the work in a more independent way but with the reassurance of extended available support.

The  sleep plan ​includes:
​
  • Sleep diary and questionnaires send by email. This allows me to gauge what’s happening and to know how to help you.
  • Home or online chat of around 90 minutes to talk through the details of the plan and your priorities for change.
  • Together we will fine tune the plan and work out the most achievable and realistic sleep solution for your family.
  • I will send you a thorough, in depth sleep plan based on our meeting, sleep diary and questionnaire within the next 3 days. This will include information and advice on sleep hygiene, bedtime routines, actions for change as well as other topics we discuss in our meeting and are flagged up on the sleep diary and questionnaires.
  • You will be able to refer back to the plan and will be able to reach out to me for specific advice, updates and questions you may have in development for up to 6 weeks while adjusting to the new routine.
